Located in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Pretty Fly Workshop is an independent jewellery shop with an in-house workshop. This allows us to undertake most jewellery repairs on site. If you would like a piece of jewellery to be assessed for repair, please call in and see us. If you can't make it down, feel free to give us a phone or e-mail and we'll do our best to give you an idea of what's possible over the phone. We cover everthing from ring resizing, to stone replacements. Our services include (but aren't limited to) chain alterations, replacement catches, lost earring duplication, re-stringing, removal of stuck rings, new ring shanks, resetting stones, rhodium, gold and silver plating, re-engraving. Free quotes are given prior to any work being undertaken.

IN HOUSE WORKSHOP

The vast majority of our work is carried out in-house by our experienced jeweller. We are adept at working with antique jewellery in addition to contemporary pieces. Completing the work in-house is prefferable, however if the job requires something that isn't under our remit we work with a handfull of other workshops to ensure we can cover every base. It's very rare that we cannot fix something or come up with an acceptable solution.

JEWELLERY REDESIGN AND RESTORATION

One of the more specialised types of work we undertake is the redesign and restoration of jewellery. If you have an old ring or bracelet in your jewellery box which you no longer wear, why not let us incorporate elements or all of it into a new piece? It's a great way of recycling old jewellery, giving it a new lease of life.
